For 2008 the road tour will be offered as a self directed tour. You may start at the Hampton Inn headquarters hotel and travel through the Hocking Hills with a return trip through portions of Fairfield County. The entire tour will be approximately 82 miles.

The first portion of the tour will go through Old Man's Cave and Rock House and  return to the Hocking Hills Market near Rockbridge. You may wish to come early and take time to hike in the parks or shop at the various craft and antique malls in the area.

It is recommended you stop at the market to enjoy the crafts and antiques. You may also have a great meal and an old fashion milkshake at the Route 33 Diner.

At this point you will have concluded 49 miles of the tour. You may return directly to Lancaster or continue the Fairfield County portion of the tour. This portion of the tour will take you through the beautiful Clear Creek Metro Park area, the Stonewall Cemetery, and Rock Mill at the headwaters of the Hocking River. This portion of the tour is approximately 32.5 miles and will end at the Hampton Inn.
